What is LNG ISO Tank?

LNG ISO Tank is storage and transportation equipment, it is widely used in LNG vaporization stations, gas filling stations and natural gas terminal customers; LNG ISO Tank can also be used for LNG door to door multimodal transport.

LNG ISO Tank Structural Features:

1. The storage tank is of double-layer cylindrical structure, the inner container and its piping are made of austenitic stainless steel, the outer cylinder is made of Q345R steel plate, and the interlayer is insulated by high vacuum multi-layer winding, with good thermal insulation performance. At the same time, special treated adsorbent is set extend the vacuum life of tank container.

2. All pipeline valves are arranged in the side operation box to increase the tank storage capacity. The pipeline is designed to separate gas and liquid, which is convenient and fast to operate.

3. The frame design is lightweight. The frame without longitudinal beam is adopted. The tank bottom is welded with strip bearings, and the strip bearings are welded with the frame.
